Job Description
1 Perform packaging, storing, loading, unloading and dispatching of materials in and out
2 Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the conference room, stockrooms, storage closets
3 Order office supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure equipment is maintained, Maintaining filing system, contacts database and inventories
4 Provide ad hoc support to staff members and departments, including organization of on-site and off-site team events
