Business Development Operator (Sales)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Operator to drive sales and client acquisition for aluminium & uPVC windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through site visits, calls, and market outreach
• Visit construction sites, builders, architects, and clients for business development
• Explain products and close sales deals
• Handle client follow-ups and maintain relationships
• Coordinate with internal team for site measurements and execution
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness for field work and local travel
• Basic understanding of construction/interiors is a plus
• Experience in sales/marketing preferred
Salary: Fixed + incentives
Location: Bhubaneswar
