Civil Supervisor
Site Supervision & Execution
• Supervise day-to-day civil activities at telecom tower sites.
• Ensure execution of foundations, equipment platforms, boundary walls, shelters, and associated civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams for smooth execution.
Quality Control
• Ensure all civil works comply with Indus Towers’ quality standards and specifications.
• Verify quality of construction materials used at site.
• Conduct regular inspections and report deviations immediately.
• Ensure proper testing and documentation of civil works.
Safety Compliance
• Enforce all safety guidelines and procedures at site.
• Ensure manpower uses PPE and follows safe work practices.
• Report safety violations and incidents promptly.
• Maintain zero-tolerance approach towards unsafe working conditions.
Project Coordination
• Coordinate with Project Managers, RF teams, electrical teams, and customers for project execution.
• Attend project review meetings and provide site progress updates.
• Resolve site-level issues and escalate critical concerns timely.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs).
• Prepare work completion reports and site handover documents.
• Maintain records of manpower deployment, material consumption, and work progress.
• Submit photographic evidence and site reports as per project requirements.
Resource Management
• Monitor contractor manpower productivity.
• Ensure optimum utilization of materials and resources.
• Prevent material wastage and report shortages timely.
Qualifications
• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• ITI or equivalent technical qualification with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, tower construction, or civil project supervision.
• Experience in Indus Towers, telecom tower, FTTH, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of civil construction practices and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and mobile reporting applications.

• Site completion as per target timelines.
• Quality compliance and audit scores.
• Safety compliance and incident-free execution.
• Contractor and manpower management effectiveness.
• Timely submission of DPRs and project documentation.
• Customer satisfaction and successful site handovers.
Working Conditions
• Extensive field travel and site visits.
• Ability to work under project timelines and challenging field conditions.
• Availability for emergency and priority project requirements.
Salary Range: As per company policy and candidate experience.
