Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation & Driving:
Drive a four-wheeler (car/van) to transport cleaning workers to various job sites.
Ensure safe and timely arrival of the team to the assigned locations.
Team Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise a team of cleaning workers to ensure they complete tasks efficiently and to the required standards.
Assign duties to the workers, monitor their performance, and provide support as needed.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve daily targets.
On-site Support:
Assist the team in performing cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure quality and timely completion.
Address any issues that arise on-site and coordinate with the management to resolve them.
Quality Control & Reporting:
Conduct regular checks on the quality of work done by the team to ensure adherence to company standards.
Prepare daily reports on completed tasks, worker attendance, and any issues encountered.
Report any damages or repairs needed at the work sites.
Health & Safety:
Ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
Conduct safety briefings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Driving License: Must have a valid four-wheeler driving license.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facility management industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively.
Problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Hours:
Flexible working hours with availability on weekends, depending on project requirements.
