We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to join our team at Hotel Varsha, a unit of G.K. Caterers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes, managing kitchen operations, and leading our culinary team.

**Responsibilities:**

– Cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes with high culinary standards.
– Design, update, and innovate the menu to enhance guest satisfaction and stay current with culinary trends.
– Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
– Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and control food costs.
– Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance levels.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Chinese Chef with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
– Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
– In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
