Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Tool Room Supervisor to lead and manage all tool room operations. The ideal candidate will possess sound technical knowledge to handle tool room–related activities and oversee the complete building of special purpose machines (SPMs). This role requires strong leadership skills to manage daily operations and effectively supervise a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all tool room operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee the complete manufacturing and assembly activities of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
• Interpret technical drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work assignments for tool room staff.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality departments for seamless project execution.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Maintain inventory control of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance skill development and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in tool room supervision and special purpose machine building activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of machining processes, fabrication, assembly, and tool maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, conventional machines, and tool room equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience
• Minimum [X] years of relevant experience in tool room operations and supervision.
• Experience in handling SPM projects from concept to completion is highly preferred.
