**Responsibilities:**

– Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings.
– Ensure proper positioning and alignment of solar panels to maximize energy production.
– Perform electrical wiring and connect solar panels to inverters and electrical systems.
– Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet safety and performance standards.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar panel systems.
– Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
– Keep accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment used and work performed.

**Requirements:**

– Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field preferred but not required.
– Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
– Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
