**Job Summary:**

Ignite Polymers Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to contribute to revenue generation through sales of our products. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating sales pitches, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a thorough understanding of our offerings and the market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
– Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
– Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
– Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address customer needs and inquiries.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales team.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
– Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.


– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
– Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
– Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Willingness to travel as needed.
– [Optional] Certification in Sales or related field (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) is a plus.

**Physical Requirements:**

This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking. The Sales Officer should be able to lift and carry promotional materials and product samples as needed during sales presentations or events.
