Job Description:
We are looking for confident and result‑oriented candidates to help grow our B2B business by acquiring clients, onboarding suppliers, and developing business relationships in the construction and infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Identify and approach potential clients, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and business partners
➡️ Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels
➡️ Explain LaConstructo’s marketplace services and business opportunities to potential customers
➡️ Onboard new suppliers and buyers onto the platform
➡️ Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
➡️ Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and support business development activities
➡️ Maintain lead records and report progress to management.
➡️ Work towards monthly lead generation, onboarding, and sales targets.
Requirements:
➡️ Good communication and convincing skills
➡️ Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
➡️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and online platforms
➡️ Ability to communicate professionally with business clients
➡️ Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
