**Position:** Trainer – CNC Machine Technician

**Location:** DSEU Campus 1, Wazirpur, Delhi, India

**Overview:**
We are seeking a qualified and experienced CNC Machine Technician Trainer to impart training in CNC Milling and Lathe Machine operations and programming. This position requires expertise in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for CNC machine operations within a manufacturing setting.

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct training sessions for trainees on CNC Milling and Lathe Machine operations, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
– Develop training materials and curriculum aligned with industry standards and educational objectives.
– Provide hands-on practical training to ensure trainees develop proficiency in operating CNC machines safely and efficiently.
– Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
– Maintain training equipment and facilities in good working condition.

**Requirements:**
– Degree, Diploma, or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years (Degree), 8 years (Diploma), or 10 years (ITI) of experience in a machine shop environment within a manufacturing organization.
– Proven experience working with CNC machines, including setup, operation, programming, and maintenance.
– Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and materials.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor trainees.
– Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
