What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Patent Drafter to join our IP portfolio development team. The candidate should have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in patent claims and specification drafting, with deep expertise in telecommunications, AI, and Mechatronics domains.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and Review high-quality patent specifications for inventions in telecom, AI, mechanical, and related technologies, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic claim coverage
Train team of patent drafters for continuous quality improvement as per client needs and drafting standards
Collaborate with inventors, R&D teams, and IP counsels to understand technical disclosures and convert them into robust patent applications
Support end-to-end patent drafting process, including invention harvesting, claim drafting, and preparing detailed patent specification
Work closely with stakeholders and external counsel to ensure alignment with global filing and prosecution strategies
Stay current with evolving trends in wireless communication technologies, NLP, AI, Robotics and related domains to ensure forward-looking IP drafting
