📌 Job Title: HVAC & RAC Engineer / Technician (Three Phase Specialist)

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HVAC & RAC Engineer/Technician with strong expertise in three phase air conditioning, refrigeration systems, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and ensuring smooth operation with high technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC & RAC equipment (Split AC, VRF/VRV, Ductable units, Chillers, Deep freezers, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair three phase electrical issues in HVAC/R systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning units.
• Handle refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak detection, and pressure testing.
• Perform electrical wiring, panel checks, and system connectivity testing.
• Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with the engineering/project team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• 1–5+ years of experience as an HVAC/R Engineer or Technician.
• Strong hands on experience in Three Phase Systems (mandatory).
• Ability to troubleshoot compressors, motors, electrical panels, and control circuits.
• Knowledge of refrigerants, gauges, vacuum pumps, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams & HVAC drawings.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC environments.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and BMS integration.
• Valid HVAC/R training certifications (optional but preferred).
