Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market open plots, residential projects, and commercial properties.

Generate new client leads through fieldwork, social media, and referrals.

Meet potential clients, explain project details, and conduct site visits.

Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (Any stream) / As well as N0 Qualification Also

Experience in real estate sales or marketing preferred (Freshers can also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of Real Estate markets (Shahnagar, Yadagirigutta, Patancheru, etc.).

Must be self-motivated, confident, and target driven.

₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month.
(Depending on experience and performance)
