We, Torero Softwares Limited, a Mumbai-based software company, provide complete business solutions for the healthcare and FMCG industries’ distributors, super-stockists, and C&F warehouses. We have been serving our product, “Medica Ultimate Software,” and many related add-on services for the past 25 years in local Mumbai and across India in pharmaceutical medicines, generic medicines, specialty drugs, surgical & orthopaedics products, and FMCG distribution fields
We are seeking a results-driven Telecaller with 2-3 years of experience to join our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer communication, strong persuasive skills, and contribute to the expansion of telemarketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Collect and record customer information, maintaining and updating the client database
• Day 2 Day – Daily CRM Functionality – Update Call status, Notes, Reminders update into System
• Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into demo presentation
• Ensure clear and concise communication in both Hindi/Marathi/English
• Follow up with leads from calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and Prepare reports for review/mail
Skills and Qualifications: –
• High school diploma or equivalent and
• Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in tele calling or tele marketing cold calling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently tele caller
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client’s requirements, especially in the IT/Accounts domain
Tech Skills Required:
• Proficient in MS Office – Letter Draft – Maintain Excel Sheets – Mails – Presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables & VLOOKUP
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications – Gmail, Google Doc, Google Slides, Google Forms etc;
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
Interview Time:
• Interview type is In-Person only
• Interview Scheduled on Business Days Only {Monday to Saturday}
• Interview Time – 12:00pm to 4:00pm
