Role Overview
Vada Pav Affair is looking for a skilled Cook who can prepare authentic Vada Pav with all chutneys, following our recipe. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Indian street food preparation and a passion for delivering consistent taste and quality.
Key Responsibilities
→ Prepare complete Vada Pav including batata vada, pav, and all chutneys
→ Follow the recipe provided by the company with precision
→ Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
→ Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
→ Manage daily cooking operations efficiently
→ Monitor ingredient stock and report requirements
Qualifications
→ Minimum qualification: Certificate course or equivalent
→ At least 1 year of cooking experience (preferably in Indian snacks/street food)
→ Strong knowledge of Indian spices and chutney preparation
→ Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
