**Job Description:**
The **Quality Executive** will play a key role in maintaining, improving, and ensuring the quality of our products, while also managing compliance and regulatory requirements. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring that quality standards are met across all levels of production and operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Maintaining Quality:** Ensure that products are consistently produced to high standards, with a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process.
– **Improving Processes:** Research, evaluate, and recommend ways to improve existing quality processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
– **Managing Compliance:** Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure the company adheres to all necessary quality and safety guidelines.
– **Managing Audits:** Coordinate and manage regulatory inspections and internal audits to ensure continuous adherence to quality standards.
– **Handling Customer Complaints:** Actively oversee and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
– **Developing Metrics:** Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product quality and team performance.
– **Analyzing Data:** Analyze data trends related to product quality and production processes, and make data-driven decisions to address issues or optimize processes.
– **Providing Feedback:** Regularly provide feedback to senior management regarding customer service, quality performance, and potential areas for improvement.
– **Training Employees:** Conduct training sessions for employees on quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, operations, and customer service, to maintain quality standards and resolve issues proactively.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
– 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, industry standards, and quality assurance practices.
– Proven experience in conducting audits, handling customer complaints, and improving quality processes.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
