**Job Summary:**
Ignite Polymers Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, mentoring the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of successful sales management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
– Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
– Identify market opportunities and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
– Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
– Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of sales team members to build a high-performing sales organization.

– Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
