– **Food Preparation:** Skillfully prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes such as stir-fries, dim sum, soups, noodles, seafood, and meat dishes.
– **Ingredient Selection:** Source and select fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices typical in Chinese cuisine, ensuring authenticity and quality.
– **Cooking Techniques:** Master Chinese cooking techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, braising, roasting, and various methods for preparing sauces.
– **Food Presentation:** Plate dishes in an aesthetically pleasing manner that aligns with Chinese culinary traditions, emphasizing balance, color, and texture.
– **Kitchen Management:** Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
– **Team Leadership:** Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants, to ensure smooth workflow and high culinary standards.
– **Recipe Standardization:** Develop standardized recipes and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes across all dishes.
