**Job Description:**
Risosu Consulting is seeking a dedicated and proactive Associate – Customer Care – Paint to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful execution of painting projects. **Responsibilities:**
– Assist and guide customers at their residences by explaining various paint products and finish options.
– Conduct site inspections to identify surface defects and recommend appropriate solutions.
– Measure sites and prepare accurate painting estimates in line with rate cards, in consultation with store owners or store in charge.
– Coordinate with contractors for painting project execution and supervise ongoing projects to ensure compliance with Asian Paints’ guidelines and timely completion.
– Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Generate leads and acquire new clients through market visits.
– Educate customers about services offered in the store and direct them to relevant sections for expert assistance.
– Maintain daily updates of activities on the CA app and provide regular reports on collections and site statuses to store management and senior officers.
– Ensure adherence to company reporting standards and formats.
– Facilitate contractor training programs organized by the company.
– Promote cross-selling of product categories at painting project sites and provide valuable leads to team members.

**Key Performance Indicators:**
– Timely and successful completion of painting projects.
– High customer satisfaction ratings.
– Accuracy in site evaluations and estimates.
– Effectiveness in resolving customer issues.
– Adherence to company reporting and update requirements.

**Requirements:**
– **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree.
– **Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of paint products and application techniques preferred.
– **Location:** Thane, Maharashtra, India.

**Salary and Benefits:**
– **Salary:** INR 15,000 to 24,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
– **Salary Type:** Monthly.
– **Career Level:** Executive.
