**Position:** Education Counsellor

**Salary:** ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 Lakh per month (based on experience)
**Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year
**Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree
**Career Level:** Executive

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Education Counsellor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to students who are seeking education opportunities abroad. You will assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities, managing their application processes, advising on visa procedures, and offering post-arrival support to ensure a smooth transition to international education programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Counsel students on study abroad options, course selections, and university choices based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
– Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation, deadlines, and submissions.
– Advise on visa procedures and requirements for different countries.
– Provide pre-departure and post-arrival support to students, ensuring a smooth transition.
– Stay up to date with the latest information on international education programs, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
– Maintain a database of student inquiries and application status.
– Collaborate with the team to meet company targets and provide high-quality service to students.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in education counselling, preferably in international education.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students and educational institutions.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Knowledge of the study abroad process, including visa requirements, application processes, and international education trends.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
