QA Tester (Remote)

Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote team. As a QA Tester, you will ensure the quality and functionality of our applications through manual testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to deliver a smooth end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

Document and track bugs using issue tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure timely resolution.

Write and maintain simple test cases/checklists.

Verify fixes and perform regression testing.

Ensure product quality meets company standards before release.

Requirements:

Experience in software/manual testing (fresh graduates with strong interest are also encouraged).

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good English communication (written).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary:

₹23,400/month (Probation – 3 months)

₹28,800/month (After confirmation)
