The service engineer’s responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
2.Communicating with clients, servicing PCB board service technician
3.Field service engineer’s, In house final inspection, Research and development Field service officers.
4.Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
5.Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
6.Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
7.Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
8.Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
