This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at Jaybee Edufly Academy Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, managing budgets and financial plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. The Branch Manager will also identify areas for growth, develop marketing plans, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
