Role: Head Chef (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations — someone who can bring creativity to the plate, maintain quality and consistency, and inspire the team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, from prep to plating.
Design and execute health-oriented continental dishes that align with Green Door’s ethos.
Manage kitchen inventory, inward/outward materials, and coordinate dispatch.
Handle basic inventory and billing software (training can be provided).
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and growth.
Collaborate with management to innovate and refine the menu regularly.
Who You Are:

A passionate chef with proven experience in continental cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable with basic computer operations (inventory/billing management).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and creative with an eye for presentation.
Excited about growth opportunities in a health-driven food brand.
Location: Bangalore
