Immigration Visa Counsellor

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Immigration/Visa counsellors to oversee the end-to-end immigration process for our agency. The successful candidate will manage and support visa and immigration processes for Clients, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and provide expert guidance on immigration-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee the entire immigration process for clients, including visa applications, renewals, and documentation
– Prepare and review immigration documents and petitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
– Liaise with legal advisors and government agencies on immigration matters
– Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates
– Provide support and guidance to employees on immigration-related issues
– Maintain accurate records of employees’ visa statuses and work authorizations
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing of immigration cases

Requirements:

– Immigration Business Administration, or a related field
– 2-3 years of experience in immigration usually study visa, work visa and business visa to Canada, UK, Australia and USA.
– In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
