1. Looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead operations in a new premium salon exclusively for women.
2. The candidate will be responsible for managing customers, staff, sales, cash handling, inventory, and overall salon presentation.
3. Fluent English communication is mandatory for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth customer service.
2. Supervise and guide salon staff to maintain professional standards.
3. Handle sales, billing, cash management, and inventory control.
4. Ensure salon hygiene, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
5. Develop strategies to improve customer retention and sales growth.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. Prior experience as a Salon Manager or in salon operations.
2. Strong leadership and staff management skills.
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
4. Fluent English speaking skills are mandatory.
5. Knowledge of salon products, services, and inventory management.
