Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CNC / HMC / VMC Machine Operator who can independently manage machine operations, programming, and production requirements. The candidate must have strong knowledge of machining processes, engineering drawings, and CNC programming, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Operate CNC / HMC / VMC machines independently as per production requirements and work instructions
➡️ Understand machining processes, cutting tools, work‑holding methods, and machine operations
➡️ Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, and machining symbols
➡️ Set machines for different components including tool setting, work offset, tool offset, job alignment, and fixture setting
➡️ Prepare, modify, and set CNC programs based on drawings and machining requirements
➡️ Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences
➡️ Carry out first‑piece inspection and make necessary corrections to achieve required dimensions
➡️ Operate machines and monitor processes to maintain quality, productivity, and cycle time
➡️ Troubleshoot machining problems such as tool wear, dimensional variation, surface finish issues, vibration, and tool breakage
➡️ Ensure production completion as per plan and supervisor instructions
➡️ Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams when required
➡️ Maintain machine housekeeping, tool condition, and workplace safety
➡️ Record production quantities, rejection/rework, tool changes, and other production information
➡️ Work independently with minimum supervision and take responsibility for assigned machine and production targets

Candidate Requirements:
➡️ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CNC/HMC/VMC machine operation and setting
➡️ Strong practical knowledge of machine setting and operation
➡️ Ability to read engineering drawings independently
➡️ Ability to understand unfamiliar components from drawings and determine machining sequence, tooling, offsets, and program requirements
➡️ Knowledge of CNC programming/program editing
➡️ Ability to make necessary program and offset corrections during production
➡️ Understanding of basic inspection instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.)
➡️ Ability to follow production instructions and independently manage production
➡️ Experience in manufacturing/engineering production environment preferred

Key Expectation:
The candidate should not only be a machine operator but also capable of understanding drawings, setting machines, preparing/modifying programs, setting tools and offsets, producing components, checking dimensions, correcting processes, and managing production with minimum supervision.
