**Job Description:**
ALSHIFA CUPPING CLINIC is looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team. The role primarily involves handling inbound calls, clearing queries, fixing appointments, and maintaining records in Excel. Additionally, the Telecaller will be responsible for sending catalogues and other information via email to prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle inbound calls from patients and clients.
– Clear queries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
– Fix appointments for clients with doctors.
– Maintain records and generate reports using Excel.
– Send catalogues and promotional materials through email.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in customer service.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using Excel for maintaining records and generating reports.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
