Job Description:
● Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid, and timely information.
● Resolve customer complaints through phone, email, or chat by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
● Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
● Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved, and maintain records of customer interactions.
● Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal teams.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Keep records of customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, or processes.
● Assist customers with product/service usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
