Location Ashveera Office, Gerugambakkam, Chennai – 600 128
Office Timings 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Local Language Mandatory (Proficiency in Tamil required)
Assets Required Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler
1. Service Engineers / Service Technicians
Number of Positions: 6 Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
Nature of Work: Primarily field-based work in allocated territories within Chennai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit customer locations for service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Provide timely technical support and resolve customer issues effectively.
Coordinate closely with internal teams for service updates and structural reporting.
Maintain accurate service records and submit daily field visit reports.
Ensure proper handling of field equipment and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong willingness to travel extensively across Chennai for customer visits.
Basic technical aptitude and troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
Good interpersonal communication and customer-handling skills.
