**Qualifications:**

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs and challenges.
– Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to effectively manage client interactions and data.
– Knowledge of financial services products and industry regulations is preferred but not required.
