The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking appointments according to specific instructions, maintaining daily workflow, and effectively utilizing Google Sheets. The candidate must have a reliable phone and laptop to perform the duties of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Booking:
Schedule and confirm appointments based on provided guidelines and availability.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication tools to arrange appointments.
Handle rescheduling and cancellations in a timely and professional manner.
Workflow Management:
Follow daily workflow procedures to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate with team members to align appointment schedules with overall operational needs.
Manage and update appointment calendars regularly.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in Google Sheets.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Generate reports and provide updates on scheduling activities as needed.
Communication:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously.
Address any scheduling conflicts or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and clients.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Google Sheets for scheduling and data management.
Familiarity with various communication tools and software.
Competence in using a phone and laptop for work-related tasks.
Experience and Education:
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus.
