**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and scooters, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Vespa and Aprilia bikes and scooters, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
– Present and demonstrate Vespa and Aprilia bikes and scooters, highlighting features and benefits.
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
– Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
– Coordinate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
– Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including documentation and delivery.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in bikes and scooters, is highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of Vespa and Aprilia products or a willingness to learn.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
– Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
