About the Role:
Sky Bite Developers is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize advertising spend and improve ROI through data-driven analysis
• Generate qualified leads to support the sales team
• Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Manage and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvements
• Create and edit engaging video content and graphics for marketing campaigns
Requirements:
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Knowledge of SMM, SMO, and lead generation strategies
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and graphic design
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
