Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach & Sales
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premium details, and terms & conditions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Customer Relationship Management
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain engagement until policy issuance.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Address customer queries with clarity and professionalism.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer data, and sales records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regulatory standards, and documentation processes.
• Submit regular reports on lead status, conversions, and daily activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or insurance sales (Life/Health/General Insurance preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM usage, emails, data entry).
