LOOKING FOR A SITE SUPERVISOR FOR PUNE LOCATION
Roles & Responsibilities
-Supervise on-site execution of waterproofing, coating, insulation, and related works.
-Manage labour teams and applicators; allocate work and track daily progress.
-Coordinate between Company Project Head and client/PMC at site level.
-Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to execution standards.
-Identify and resolve site-level technical or labour-related issues.
-Maintain proper project documentation as per company formats.
-Take accurate site measurements for execution and reporting.
-Monitor and manage site material inventory during project execution.

Required Skills
-Waterproofing systems
-Roof construction and surface preparation
-Painting and coating works
-Labour management and coordination
-Site measurement and quantity understanding
-Problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Ability to work confidently with labour teams

Preferred Industry Experience (Added Advantage)
-Green building materials
-Cool roof / High SRI coating systems
-Waterproofing and floor coatings
-Roofing, insulation, or paint industry
