**Overview:**
International Institute of Fashion and Arts (IIFA) is seeking dynamic individuals for the roles of Marketing Executive and Counselor. We are looking for result-oriented professionals who can effectively promote our educational programs and provide guidance to prospective students.

**Responsibilities:**
– **Marketing Executive:**
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote educational programs.
– Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
– Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
– Generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
– Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

– **Counselor:**
– Provide information about educational courses and programs to prospective students.
– Guide students through the admission process and assist with enrollment.
– Conduct counseling sessions to understand student needs and goals.
– Address inquiries from students and parents regarding courses, fees, and scholarships.
– Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment details.
– Participate in marketing activities to attract and retain students.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or Counselor in the education sector preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
