**Job Description:**

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller – Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling real estate sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

**Responsibilities:**
– Answer incoming calls and effectively explain the products and services offered by the company.
– Contact existing and prospective customers to promote real estate projects.
– Collect customer information and maintain an updated database regularly.
– Provide detailed information about the projects, including floor plans, amenities, pricing, and any other relevant details.
– Schedule site visits for interested customers and ensure follow-up after the visit.
– Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved and maintain customer satisfaction.
– Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Telecaller or Sales Executive in the real estate industry is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
– Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
– Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries effectively.
– Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
– Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, floor plans, and amenities.
– Good organizational and time management skills.
