We are seeking a dynamic and engaging In-Store Brand Promoter to represent our brand in modern trade stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating products, generating sales, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**

– **Product Demonstration:** Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits to customers.
– **Customer Engagement:** Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
– **Sales Generation:** Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering suitable products, achieving individual and team sales targets.
– **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and competitors.
– **Merchandising:** Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
– **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
– **Training Participation:** Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
– **Reporting:** Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and stock inventory reports as required.
– **Customer Service:** Address customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
– **Brand Representation:** Uphold brand integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.

### **Qualifications**

– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in sales or marketing is a plus.
– **Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
– **Skills:**
– Strong sales and customer service skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– **Availability:** Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
