**Job Title:** B2B Sales Head
**Location:** Khatraj (Gandhinagar-Gujarat)

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Head to join our team at Vimal Barrels Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business-to-business sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. The B2B Sales Head will be pivotal in identifying and acquiring new business clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
– **Prospecting and Lead Generation**
– Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted industries.
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads.
– Utilize diverse channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events to reach prospective clients.

– **Sales Process Management**
– Conduct comprehensive research to understand client needs and customize sales presentations accordingly.
– Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
– Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both clients and the company.
– Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

– **Relationship Building**
– Establish and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and requirements.
– Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

– **Sales Targets and Reporting**
– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
– Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.

– **Market and Industry Knowledge**
– Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
– Provide constructive feedback to the product development team based on client needs and potential enhancements.

**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the packaging industry.
– Proven track record in B2B sales.
– Thorough understanding of sales principles and practices.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Willingness to travel as necessary.
