### Job Description:
Brij Vrindavan Culture and Educational Foundation is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Manager to oversee and guide the sales team in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team’s performance, setting achievable targets, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team.
– Set reasonable sales targets for the team and ensure they are met.
– Monitor team performance, motivate members, and provide constructive feedback.
– Collect and report customer feedback to senior management.
– Travel within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
– Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and report progress.
– Plan and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure the sales team has the resources they need.
– Manage sales reporting and regularly update top management.
– Ensure all sales operations comply with legal and ethical standards.
