Position: Female Telecaller
Location: Ranchi (Office-based)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls professionally
Provide information about our interior design services
Maintain call records and follow up with potential clients
Schedule appointments for the sales/technical team
Manage WhatsApp inquiries and basic data entry
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Female candidates only
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Bangla preferred)
Confident, polite & customer-friendly
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Calling Apps)
Ability to manage calls and follow-up effectively
Must be from Ranchi or willing to work in Ranchi office
