About the Job
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable talking to customers over calls and can handle payment follow-ups in a professional way. The role mainly involves calling customers and helping them clear their pending dues.
Responsibilities:
Call customers and remind them about pending payments
Explain the outstanding amount clearly
Follow up regularly until payment is done
Handle customer queries politely
Maintain records of calls and updates
Achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of collections or tele-calling
Ability to convince and handle customers calmly
Comfortable working with targets
Preferred:
Experience in tele-calling or collections is a plus
Basic knowledge of Excel or calling software
