This is a front-facing customer interaction role suited to someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and representing the firm professionally over phone calls, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
