One mark per correct answer and no negative marking, as reported. Reported qualifying marks are 40 for UR and EWS and 36 for ST. The exam is expected at New Mangalore and Bhubaneswar, and your admit card gives the exact date, time and venue.
How to apply, step by step
- 1Download the application form (Annexure-I) and the full notice from the Indian Coast Guard website.
- 2Fill in the form neatly in English or Hindi and stick a recent passport-size photograph, self-attested across the front.
- 3Attach self-attested photocopies of your documents (see the checklist below).
- 4Enclose two extra passport-size colour photographs and a blank envelope addressed to yourself with a postage stamp (reported as Rs 50), for your admit card.
- 5Write the application heading on the main envelope in bold letters, with your category (UR, ST or EWS).
- 6Post the packet by ordinary post to the address below so that it reaches Noida on or before 3 November 2026.
