**Job Description:**
Hartron Communications is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up on pending claims from insurance companies based in the US. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to review patient histories, operations, chart reviews, consultation, and discharge summaries to support rebuttal for denials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Follow up on pending claims from insurance companies based in the US.
– Review patient histories, operations, chart reviews, consultation, and discharge summaries to support rebuttal for denials.
– Focus on collections and work towards resolving claim denials.
– Utilize probing skills to understand denial reasons as cited by insurance companies and work closely for claim resolution resulting in collections.
– Knowledge of eligibility re-verification, charge entry, and payment posting will be an added advantage.
