Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the East Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our food products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Actively promote and sell our food products to potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and wholesalers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide exceptional service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our food products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Track sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet or surpass sales goals.
Promotional Activities:
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales promotions and campaigns effectively.
Administrative Duties:
Handle sales documentation, including orders, contracts, and invoices.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales transactions and follow up on delivery schedules.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food industry, is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Other:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Modinagar, Meerut as needed
