Job Summary

The Product Specialist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Ather showroom. The role is mainly responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Ather electric scooters, conducting product demonstrations and test rides, and supporting the sales process until booking.

Key Responsibilities

– Welcome customers and create a positive showroom experience.
– Understand customer requirements, budget and usage needs.
– Explain Ather electric scooter models, features, specifications and benefits.
– Demonstrate the scooter and its features to customers.
– Explain charging, battery, riding modes, connectivity and other relevant features.
– Arrange and assist customers with test rides.
– Generate and maintain customer leads.
– Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
– Explain pricing, available offers, finance and exchange options as applicable.
– Coordinate with the Team Leader/Manager for quotations and bookings.
– Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the system.
– Follow up on pending leads and enquiries regularly.
– Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
– Maintain proper showroom discipline and product presentation.
– Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Requirements

– Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
– Freshers can apply.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
– Interest in automobiles/electric vehicles is an advantage.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
– Willingness to work towards sales targets.
