→ Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for AAC Blocks
→ Build and manage dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and institutional clients
→ Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
→ Conduct market visits and maintain strong customer relationships
→ Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer requirements
→ Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
→ Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and sales forecasts
Required Skills & Experience:
→ 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in AAC Block or Building Materials industry
→ Strong communication, negotiation, and market‑development skills
