Field Sales Executive
We are a garment manufacturing and wholesale company supplying shirts and T-shirts to retail shops across Tamil Nadu. We are currently starting a pilot field-sales operation in C Chennai district and are looking for serious, self-driven field sales executives who are comfortable with daily shop visits and direct selling.

This is NOT an office or showroom job.
The role involves daily field visits to retail garment shops, hotels, restaurants, schools, and colleges to promote our shirts, T-shirts, uniforms, and custom apparel, generate enquiries, and collect orders.

Responsibilities

Visit 6–8 potential customers per day in assigned areas across Chennai.
Meet retail garment shops, hotels, restaurants, schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
Carry and present shirt, T-shirt, uniform, and sample products.
Explain product quality, customization options, pricing, and profit margins.
Generate enquiries and collect trial orders.
Share daily visit reports, including customer details, shop photos, live location, and visit updates.
Follow the assigned route (beat plan) provided by the company.
Coordinate with the factory team for quotations, order confirmation, and dispatch.
Eligibility / Requirements

Must be from Chennai district
Must own a smartphone with internet and camera
Comfortable with full-day field work and walking
Basic communication skills in Tamil (English not mandatory)
Willing to work on targets and performance tracking
Prior field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
